Not a bad place to stay one night.

Room was clean. The room had working air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this Southampton hotel. Location was adequate with goid access to the train station and a lengthy (30 minutes) walk to the old town center.
For the American travelers, the hotel does not provide wash cloths with the towels. Odd. Nonetheless, a very nice hotel.

It’s in a fabulous location 450 metres (up hill) from the central railway station and only 200
Metres from most of the best shopping in Southampton. I will be back if I cruise out of Southampton again - only 10 minutes in a taxi to the port which cost £12
