This was a throwback to the motels I used to visit when I was growing up. It was clean well maintained and reasonably priced.

Room was clean, a/c worked well, owner real friendly, drank coffee with him and friends in the morning, made me feel at home. They had tons of info to share about local wildlife and scenery around Hot Springs. Good morning coffee also. A wonderful experience.
