Guest policies are unreasonable. Owners in another country. No cell signal in unit or area.
The shower was the best Ive ever used in the philipines. Loads of really hot water and two nozzles. One overhead. One wand type.
The guest policy sucks beyond all human understanding. I was there 5 days and couldn't get a single guest properly registered or into my place. Owner is in another country and it has to be coordinated with him and the association office hours. They are ridiculously strict and as the owner said, clearly don't want short term rentals in their building. I booked a condo for 4 ppl but he told me they dont like more than 2 ppl in a week registering or the association gives him problems. They had the guest bedroom locked because it was just me checking in but I paid for 4 ppl and I needed the extra space for my bags. That took separate keys. Theres only one ac in the unit as well. The side bedroom is barely the size of the bed and a pretty decent closet. Theres a big unfilled window gap between the two rooms so zero privacy. Also the main bed is the same. Folding slide out for visual privacy but huge air gap over the top. Owner didn't want to offer me a refund either. I finally gave up after another failed attempt to get a guest in on the 4th day and left on my 5th day. I filed complaint through booking.com and was able to get a refund on the last 2 days. I wish I had left the first day. This cost me over 10k in screwed up work meetings and guests not able to come in. They even blocked guests in the lobby. What a nightmare. It should have been clearly written on the listing. The ac barely worked until I manually cleaned the filter myself. Owner blamed it on me untill I took a video of it barely blowing. The ac is about 8 feet high and dangerous to reach and clean. Oh yeah also the entire condo is in some Wireless blackout area. There was good wifi but without it I cant get texts for bank login codes or anything. Even trying to pick up food was difficult because of almost no signal in the front drop off area. If your driver doesn't know the location you cant message him to find him. I have two sims. Both were the same.
