Nothing as I couldn’t gain entry to the property.
I couldn’t get hold of the property owner, I paid £520 and didn’t even stay the night. I couldn’t gain entry to the place

Horrible stay
From the moment we arrived, the premises were not in a fit state to receive guests:
• There were discarded smart whip canisters outside the property that should have been removed prior to our arrival.
• Cobwebs were visible in every corner of the house.
• Wet brown stains were present on the kitchen ceiling.
• The cinema room was dusty and had a musty, damp smell.
• The hot tub was dirty, and we were required to fill it ourselves, which I do not believe is appropriate for paying guests.
• The pool table had a broken ball holder and smudges across its surface.
• The microwave and other appliances were smeared, suggesting they were not properly cleaned.
• Only a quarter of a tissue roll was provided.
• Several plugs did not work or were broken.
• Some chairs were unstable, which is a safety hazard — particularly concerning as one guest is in her third trimester of pregnancy.
In addition, the afternoon after we checked in a cleaner entered the property without notice and left clean linen in the corridor outside our door. In an unfamiliar environment, this was unsettling and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the last night we were informed that any stains found on bedding or towels would result in deductions from our deposit. This was never mentioned prior to check-in and, having checked, I understand such conditions cannot be imposed after arrival.
Finally, the standard and quality of the accommodation did not reflect the reviews shown on Booking.com, which were misleading compared to our actual experience.
Considering the above, the property was clearly not prepared to an acceptable standard for paying guests, and aspects of the stay raised genuine health and safety concerns.
