Welcoming arrival. Had everything in the room we could need. Clean. Superb location.

Very spacious, great storage, excellent facilities & ‘little extras’

Nothing not to like, I couldn’t operate the shower but that’s entirely usual for me!

Nice big room, nice Bathroom, big TV, milk in fridge, great location.

The room is a very good size for a small family - I was there with my granddaughter. There are plenty of facilities included - tea and coffee making, toaster, microwave and plenty of crockery & cutlery. The shower was powerful and reached a good temperature. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The tv is a good size and Netflix was available.

Bins lined the entrance. The entrance hall was filled with various items which made it seem very untidy and off putting as a first impression Whilst it's useful to have the large fridge in the room - it was making a ticking noise on and off constantly which was irritating at night. The first night, there was shouting (including some expletives) which was unsettling and would have been very challenging if my granddaughter had been with me on that night. There were often people moving about at night which made it harder to sleep and woke me up occasionally. it was difficult to ascertain whether there were other guests or if some of the other residents were more permanent guests. One night, someone came downstairs very loudly and left the property at 1.30am. One morning, someone left the property at 4.30am and let the front door slam on their way out which woke us both up.
