An affordable and convenient place to stay for exploring Tbilisi and the surrounding area. We chose it for its value for money, the two bedrooms, and the fact that we could park our car right at the property. We took a Bolt ride into the city center, but you can also take a minibus or walk (about 30 minutes). The place is clean and quiet, with a small courtyard and a mini-market right next door. The hosts are helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had some issues with the Wi-Fi and hot water, but that didn't affect our stay. The hosts really went out of their way to help us.

Гостеприимство и радушие хозяина 🥰 встретили нас поздно ночью. Все было чисто хорошо и уютно. Хозяин расскажет и подскажет куда лучше ехать и что посмотреть.

Все как на фото, чисто в целом, полотенца и тапочки выдают, посуда все есть, все чисто. Радует цена, недорого. И расположение недалеко от достопримечательностей!
Вечные проблемы с горячей водой, принять душ невозможно. Надо там что-то настраивать, благо папа был рядом и чуть шарил в этом но там надо какой-то момент вылавливать. А еще мураши какие-то ползали, немного, но и цена невысокая, так что норм. А еще хотела на улице завтракать, хотела во дворе как на фото, но этого сделать не удалось, хозяева там что-то сушили на столе)

Perfect Georgian atmosphere, nice hosts, cozy backyard.
Price is perfect is you plan to only sleep in.
Backyard is shares with other guests so as a company of 4 you have to either share it with strangers or stay inside.
Shower is too small for 4 people, almost all the time our of hot water.
Location is OK, you can walk but taxi is better due to pavement being really chaotic
