Beautiful and relaxing

We like it everything was in a good location and quiet it and has enough space for a family and the kids could run. The only thing is one of the beds had blood stains and it was dirt but after that everything was great actually we had tried a few cabins over the years and this one was one of the best

What should have been rest turned into stress, insecurity, and frustration caused by an unprepared management.

Do Not Recommend This was, without exaggeration, the worst lodging experience we have ever had. The core issue is not only the condition of the properties, but the lack of organization, professionalism, respect, and ethics of the management company. The first property, although visually appealing, showed a clear lack of basic maintenance. Upon arrival, we immediately notified management that there was no light in the shower, which created a safety risk. The simple replacement of the light bulbs was only done late the following afternoon, without any communication about when the repair would take place or even that it had been completed, demonstrating extremely poor communication. On the first use of the kitchen sink, the water was already draining poorly and resulted in a complete clog with backflow of waste and strong odor, clearly indicating a pre-existing plumbing issue. Despite notifying them immediately and being promised urgent service the next day, we were forced to spend the night with an unusable sink, and the promise was not honored. The following day, only late in the afternoon were we informed that the issue would not be fixed before Christmas. As an “alternative,” we were told to remain in the property without using the kitchen sink, which is completely unacceptable. As a result, we were relocated on Christmas Eve. The alternative properties offered were clearly inferior to the one originally booked; we stayed in the least inadequate option simply because there was no viable alternative. We arrived at the new property at approximately 11:20 PM, in a gated community with no lighting, and remained outside for over 30 minutes, with children present, waiting for the gate code, which management was unable to provide. Every call was initiated by us. Once inside, there was another issue with the security alarm, whose code they also did not know, making it clear that management did not even have basic knowledge of the property they were renting.
