Loved the decor, facilities and location but let down by the strict check-in and checkout and the tight stairs up to thi

Excellent location for walking around Bristol. Great facilities for our stay.

Parking was a nightmare and not advisable to have a car if you stay in the city. The heating, stove and washer were a bit complicated and took a lot of fiddling. The unit could benefit from an information booklet/folder with instructions on using the appliances etc… also for self catering it lacked a microwave. There’s an Italian coffee maker but it does not work on an induction stovetop.

Lovely old building - large bedroom with spacious living area - working appliances including washing machine - top floor window view to street - quiet & comfortable

Steep stone spiral staircase up to unit on top floor (difficult with luggage!) not disclosed in description- problem with hot water which was managed promptly by agent
