When I arrived there seemed to be a mistake made with regards to my son' age and the cost of the room - a mostake made by bookings.com The hotel Manager , Asher, went out of his way to assist as well as helped us in various oter ways which made our stay enjoyable . The swimming pools are great . The hotel is kept nice and clean and has a feeling of understated luxury . I will go back .

I didnt have any issues that were not resolved . I voiced a couple of small complaints but the hotel manager was there to resolve these and I left as a happy customer !
