Clean property, very cold, not worth the price,

Awful

The flat was mostly clean. The kitchen seemed newly fitted.

Upon arrival, both communal entrance doors were open, there was rubbish throughout the communal areas, and the building appeared poorly maintained. One of the neighbouring flats was undergoing renovation works, creating noise and disruption. I was travelling with two children, and the condition of the building made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe from the moment we arrived. One of the children also advised they wished to leave immediately. It was 34° and not advertised as a top floor flat. There is no lift and it is not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. No fans provided, no directions on how to open the skylites. There is black mould and rust in the shower. The flat was extremely hot. The bed squeaked whenever anyone moved, and the floorboards were so creaky that it was difficult to move around without disturbing everyone else. There was no lock on the bathroom door and we had to search for towels. We found 4 despite the flat accommodating up to 6 people. The kitchen despite being newly renovated and the nicest room in the property by far, bearly had enough cutlery. I contacted the host immediately. The host acknowledged the condition of the communal areas, confirmed that building works were taking place, and offered a £25 refund for the inconvenience. The host also stated that they had been receiving videos from their cleaner showing the condition of the building that day. Despite this, no warning was provided before our arrival about the renovation work, the open communal access, or the poor state of the communal areas. We also did not receive check-in information in advance. Looking at other reviews it seems this is an repeated ongoing issue which the host has been aware of for sometime and taken no apparent action to resolve. The host stopped responding and also did not respond to booking.com when they contacted them on my behalf.

It was very clean and comfortable . My kids enjoyed their stay. We had everything we need in the accomadation. We had a pleasent stay there. Worth for money. Staff also was reachable via phone.

Although the inside was fantastic , Outside of the apartment was nasty. There are plenty of abandoned stuff inside the building and carpet was very dirty. front yard also not clean. Garbage spread every where.

Inside the house kitchen the floors were clean and the kitchen was so clean and tidy. The stove and refrigerator all clean and Morden. The bathroom lovely as well. Water was warm the WiFi was available and the televisions were working nicely.

The out side and hallway on the way to the flat is extremely dirty I got so depressed the moment I stepped at the door and it gave me a fright thinking that it was an unoccupied building. The wooden bed was so squeaky. Under the bed in the skirtings were so dusty and dirty. The towels were not so clean.
