Objet : Signalement d’un logement présentant de graves problèmes d’hygiène et demande de contrôle
Madame, Monsieur,
Je souhaite porter à votre connaissance une situation particulièrement préoccupante concernant un logement que j’ai loué à Marseille, du 26 septembre au 6 octobre 2026, par l’intermédiaire de la plateforme Booking.com.
Dès notre arrivée dans le logement et au cours des premières nuits, nous avons constaté un état d’hygiène particulièrement dégradé, incompatible avec les conditions normales de location d’un logement destiné à accueillir des personnes.
Parmi les problèmes constatés, nous avons notamment relevé :
logement manifestement très sale à notre arrivée ;
draps qui n’avaient visiblement pas été changés ;
absence ou insuffisance de serviettes propres ;
absence de papier toilette ;
présence de traces et saletés anciennes dans les toilettes et la salle de bains ;
présence de souris dans le logement ;
présence de cafards, dont certains morts ;
importante accumulation de graisse et de saleté sur le plan de travail de la cuisine ;
matelas présentant des taches importantes ressemblant notamment à des traces de sang ;
linge et équipements qui n’étaient pas dans un état permettant une utilisation normale et hygiénique.
Nous avons immédiatement pris contact avec Booking.com, afin de signaler la situation et d’obtenir une solution. Plusieurs appels et messages ont également été adressés à la conciergerie chargée du logement ainsi qu’à la propriétaire.
Malgré ces nombreuses démarches, aucune véritable solution n’a été proposée. Nous avons seulement reçu deux serviettes supplémentaires ainsi qu’un sac de linge laissé sous la table au milieu du séjour.
Face à l’absence de solution, nous avons été contraints de nettoyer nous-mêmes le logement, de laver le linge et les serviettes et de supporter personnellement les frais correspondants, notamment en raison du fait que les équipements annoncés dans le logement ne fonctionnaient pas correctement.

Appartement inhabitable ! Machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas. Il n’y a aucun des équipements mentionnés dans l’annonce tel que TV, micro onde etc. Et ils demandent une caution de 350€ et ils vont dire que c’est vous qui avez volé la TV. Pas d’air dans l’appartement car donné sur une cour fermée avec petite fenêtres sans rideaux ni volets donc impossible de dormir ! Canapé lit cassé impossible de dormir dessus. Sale de bain insalubre moisissures et cafards dans tout l appartement ! Conciergerie malhonnête ignore nos appels, ne tiennent aucune promesse. Une arnaque à fuire. Dormir dehors ou dans votre voiture sera plus confortable

Horrible le pire séjour de ma vie
Les photos de l’annonce sont totalement trompeuses. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de télévision, que la machine à laver était hors service et qu’aucun ustensile de cuisine n’était mis à disposition.
L’appartement était également dans un état de propreté inacceptable. Le plan de travail de la cuisine était extrêmement collant, les draps dégageaient une mauvaise odeur et l’ensemble du logement donnait une impression de saleté.
À cela s’ajoutait une forte odeur d’égouts, très désagréable, ainsi qu’une infestation de cafards, rendant le séjour particulièrement pénible.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons signalé l’ensemble de ces problèmes à l’établissement, puis nous les avons relancés à plusieurs reprises pendant toute la durée du séjour. À chaque fois, on nous promettait un rappel qui n’est jamais venu. Nous avons été totalement laissés sans nouvelles, sans solution et sans aucune prise en charge.
Malgré tous ces nombreux désagréments, le propriétaire n’a proposé aucun geste commercial ni aucune compensation. Le manque de professionnalisme est flagrant et le service client est inexistant.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. À fuir.
