Francesca was wonderful! She let me know as soon as the apartment was ready, and the self-check-in process was incredibly convenient. I could enter whenever I wanted without having to arrange a meeting.
The apartment was absolutely PERFECT. It has two rooms: a bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms have smart TVs connected to the internet. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from pots, pans, an electric hob and plates to even a proper bread knife! There is a coffee machine, shampoo, a hairdryer, towels, a steam iron, hangers, wardrobes… literally EVERYTHING.
The apartment is modern, beautifully designed, spotless, fresh and welcoming. You don't just feel like a guest; you genuinely feel at home. Francesca has thought of every single detail. You could move in tomorrow and live there comfortably for months or even years!
She also prepared a fantastic food and restaurant guide for tourists, including restaurants she visited as a child. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the experience even more special.
The location is also excellent. Having Lidl and Aldi nearby is a huge advantage, especially for longer stays. It's a great place to experience the local lifestyle while still being perfectly located for tourists. The train and bus stations are also nearby, which is very convenient.
This is honestly the first time in my life I've given a property a 10/10. If Booking.com allowed me to give it 100, I would! Francesca has set an incredibly high standard. Everything was perfect, and I cannot recommend this place enough.
Honestly, I couldn't find any real downsides! The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the city centre, but this was not a problem at all. In fact, being close to the train and bus stations and having supermarkets nearby more than makes up for it.
An absolute 10/10 experience. I would give it 100/10 if I could!

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war top: Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei, die Lage perfekt und die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Fotos. Francesca war sehr hilfreich und der Check-in völlig unkompliziert – kein Problem, in die Unterkunft zu kommen. Gerne wieder!
