Nicht wieder!

Positiv: Die Lage war wirklich gut. Die Wohnung lag direkt am Deich und die Familienlagune war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso hatte man ganz in der Nähe eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und in die Stadt war es auch nicht weit.

Negativ: Das Badezimmer war winzig, unter der Toilette lag ein Stein damit es nicht runter fällt wenn man sich drauf setzt. Die Duschbrause konnte in der Höhe nicht fest gestellt werden, so musste man immer eingängig duschen. Die Ablage über dem Waschbecken war so locker, dass ständig alles runter gefallen ist. Die Wohnung insgesamt war so hellhörig, dass man alles von den Nachbarn hören konnte. Wirklich alles! An Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken, da die über uns jeden Morgen um 7.00 Uhr aufgestanden sind. Die Heizung lief dauerhaft, sodass wir immer die Fenster auf lassen mussten. Zm Glück war es nicht so heiß draußen, da die Wohnung unterm Dach liegt. Der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen, weil das Antennenkabel zu kurz war. Wir mussten also den ganzen Fernsehtisch verschieben um ihn anzuschließen. Die Betten waren auch nicht sehr bequem und die der Kinder waren irgendwelche zusammengeschusterten Betten. Einige Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände waren kaputt und der Esstisch war sehr instabil. Die Renovierung der gesamten Wohnung war nicht Fachmännisch, sodass sich teilweise die Tapeten gelöst haben und es nicht sehr gemütlich war. Außerdem haben nicht alle Außenrollos funktioniert und die, die noch funktionierten gingen auch nicht mehr ganz zu. Mein Fazit: Ich würde die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen und sie auch selbst nicht mehr buchen.

Top Lage mit Abstrichen

Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, das Haus ist verdammt hellhörig und die Toilette müsste mal erneuert bzw. Repariert werden (ein Holzstück unter der Toilette ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend).
