ACCÈS IMPOSSIBLE A CETTE RESERVATION ! Obligation de nous trouver un autre logis .....

Bonjour, Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à notre réservation et à notre location. Après avoir fait le digicode qui a permis d'ouvrir une première porte, nous avons accédé à un escalier sombre, sans fonctionnement de l'éclairage ! , Nous avons cherché, en vain, la " boîte à clés " qui nous aurait permis de récupérer la nôtre ! Elle devait se trouver dans cet escalier qui ressemblait à un escalier de grenier ou de cave ! Un cagibi sale renfermait des balais et autre mais pas de boîte à clés visible ! Nous sommes ressortis de ce guet-apens, avons envoyé un message au numéro d'urgence que nous avions...Il nous a été répondu que personne n'était disponible et qu'il fallait aller sur le site !! Il était près de 19h et nous avons donc choisi de rechercher un établissement qui aurait la gentillesse de nous accueillir. Heureusement nous avons pu le trouver ! Dans une telle location ( Chez Maud et Manu - La Halte à Issoudin ) l'accès au logement de manière autonome est un piège tendu que nous refusons énergiquement.. Une facilité pour les loueurs d'éluder les problèmes et un souci du gain rapide évident. Nous demandons donc le remboursement de cette location à laquelle nous n'avons pas eu accès le Mardi 15 septembre au soir. Le statut de Génius 3 que vous nous avez accordé vous situera notre exigence pour que l'hôtellerie professionnelle ou "amateure " reste de qualité en Europe et ailleurs. Patrick Cazals
