Bel appartement mais mal géré, beaucoup de problèmes pour un si court séjour.
L'appartement est très bien situé, en bord de mer, tout proche des commerces et restaurants. Il est bien aménagé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grand choix d'ustensiles de cuisine), stores électriques, clim (pas utilisée car pas besoin mais en été c'est appréciable), il a 2 chambres séparées, un WC et une salle de bain et un grand balcon qui fait tout le long de l'appartement.
Comme nous étions en moto, l'agence a eu l'amabilité de nous garder nos sacoches de moto en attendant que l'appartement soit disponible (à 16h). Aussi, lors de la remise des clés et la visite de l'appartement par un de leurs employés, ils nous ont apporté nos sacoches ce qui nous a évité d'aller les récupérer à l'agence.
Le point négatif c'est l'agence qui gère ce bien, nous avons eu 2 problèmes : Problème 1) La place de parking liée à l'appartement était occupée par une voiture, nous avons appelé l'agence qui nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire et nous ont conseillé de mettre un mot sur le pare-brise et de nous mettre sur une autre place en attendant (inquiétude toute la nuit de voir nos motos vandalisées ou déplacées vu qu'elles n'étaient pas sur la place liée à l'appartement). Samedi matin, le couple de la voiture est venu sonner à notre porte, il était mécontent car selon eux c'était leur place de parking (documents à l'appui), et nous ont dit que c'était pas la première fois que ça arrivait, etc. etc. Nous leur avons dit de voir ça avec l'agence, pas avec nous. Problème n° 2) Nous devions passer payer la taxe de séjour et les frais de linges samedi entre 10h et 12h mais une fois sur place, l'agence était fermée. Malgré plusieurs appels, messages sur Booking et e-mail, aucune nouvelle, ni dimanche. L'agence m'a appelé hier lundi pour me dire qu'on n'avait pas payé ces frais et je lui ai dit qu'il n'y avait personne à l'agence à l'heure indiquée. La dame de l'agence m'a alors dit que l'employé s'était absenté juste 10 minutes (comme par hasard justement à ce moment-là...). Au vu des tracas, j'ai demandé un geste commercial sous forme de remise des frais de linge. L'agence a refusé, elle a proposé de nous enlever uniquement un forfait (15 euros). Ils sont à 15 euros près... . Ce qui est énervant c'est que pour le parking le problème était déjà connu et ils ne l'ont jamais réglé. Et samedi personne à l'agence à l'heure indiquée, personne n'a répondu à nos appels, (aucun numéro d'urgence par exemple) et messages sur Booking et e-mail restés sans réponse. C'est beaucoup de tracas pour un séjour de vendredi 16h à dimanche matin 9h !
