We truly loved our short stay in Bordeaux at this property. Everything was just as described when we made the booking. The apartment offers a magnificent panoramic view of the city and its bridges , we really enjoyed sipping wine at the dining table while admiring the scenery. We were even lucky enough to see a massive cruise ship passing under the bridge, which was marvellous!
The location is also incredibly convenient, with a Carrefour City supermarket right downstairs. We could easily cross the bridge and enjoy a pleasant walk along the river to the city centre.
Lastly, the host was very kind and patient, answering all of our questions promptly. We would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and families!

The apartment is ideally located, very close by from everything even by walking distance.
The place is nicely decorated and super spacious with an amazing balcony with breathtaking views! We were lucky enough to witness a large boat going underneath the bridge !
The hosts thought about everything, from a large baby bed to a high chair. Amazing coffee machine, Netflix for the kids and a big bath in the bathroom.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and felt super cosy like we were at home.
We will definitely book this apartment again in the future !

Das neu gebaute frisch bezogene Appartment besteht aus einer riesengrossen Wohnküche mit einer wahnsinnigen Panoramafensterfront mit direktem Blick auf den Fluss sowie auf die spektakuläre Zugbrücke, die sich für die Schiffahrt vor Deinen Augen öffnet, 2 Schlafzimmern (1 Bett 1,50 und ein komfortables Ausziehsofa 1,40), einer Toilette und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschbecken. Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben im 7. Stock, (Aufzug) und ist sehr modern, hochwertig und stilistisch schick eingerichtet. Neben der abgetrennten Küche gibt es einen Esstisch mit Panoramablick sowie eine grosse Wohnlandschaft mit TV. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, Spülmaschine, Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und viele andere techn. Geräte zum Kochen und backen, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Bügeleisen, Bürgelbrett, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Putzmittel und Putzgeräte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Alle Zimmer verfügen über bodentiefe Fenster so daß die Wohnung sehr hell ist. Der Blick von der grossen langen Terrasse ist genauso atemberaubend, wie aus dem Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ebenso.
Es gibt ausreichend Decken und Kissen , für alle Stühle und Betten.
Im Moment gibt es rund um das Gebäude noch viele "wilde" unbebaute Parkplätze, die man sorgenfrei nutzen kann. Der Carrefour, der direkt unten im Gebäude ist , ist der Knaller. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, auf kürzestem Weg, 7 Tage die Woche, bis 21 Uhr. In die Stadt kann man entweder mit dem Auto fahren, über die Brücke, oder man läuft über die Brücke und fährt von der anderen Seite mit der Strassenbahn ca. 15 min. in die Stadt. Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt, ist sie auf jeden Fall zentrumsnah. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei Hakim und seiner Frau für den wunderbaren Support, die schnelle Erreichbarkeit und Reaktion auf Nachrichten und für die ausgesproche Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientiertheit.
Wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen will, könnte man je nach Jahreszeit ein Mückennetz gebrauchen. Man muss auch wissen, daß das Gebäude nah an der Brücke und an der Strasse steht. Es ist also bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht so ruhig wie im Wald, kann es ja auch nicht, das sollte man ja wissen, ist aber wohl jedem bewusst, der einen Städteurlaub bucht :-)
