Trip with high expectation ended with full of disappointment.

The location is near to our destination. Also, it's near to convenient store and petrol station.

1. This homestay is a two-story villa and I'm not sure how common it's to share the house with other people. For my case, my family stayed downstairs and there was another family staying upstairs. There is a separate door for us to enter our house and of course, we can't enter the upstairs door and vice versa. However, we shared the same main gate and park at the same area of this homestay. My family was not happy with this due to the privacy issues. It is suggested to mention this in the website so that people like us will not experience the same thing. 2. The cleanliness of the house is another big issue. We found that the house was not cleaned prior to our entry. We were not expecting the house was totally free of dust but some of the common areas were even not cleaned properly. For example, we found a clump of hairs on the sink of the toilet of master bed room and that was so disgusting. Feces of gecko was also found on the toilet tank. Dust on the doors/certain corners and dirt on mirrors are the other examples. The dirt on these common areas should be spotted during the cleaning process. 3. Air con is not installed in all rooms and living room. There are 3 rooms at the downstairs part and there is 1 room with fans only. Living room, the most important area, has no air con as well. 4. There are 2 toilets/bathrooms but only 1 of them (in the master bed room) has the heater. 5. Washing machine was put outside of the house and not well-maintained (dirty). One of the reason we chose this homestay is because washing machine is available. However, the washing machine is not well-maintained, stopping us from using it. This defeats the purpose of booking this house. 6. The sleeping quality was not as good as expected due to the thin blankets and pillow provided.

Good stay.

Its clean and the room is spacious.

No proper kitchen area for the 1st floor, possibly is under planning for future upgrade. No racks to put your gadget while charging at night as the charging point is quite high on the wall.
