The full kitchen was good to have in this location, as well as having a restaurant right next door. It’s a convenient stop either as a first or last night in Iceland. The beds are comfortable and easily accommodate a family. The information pamphlets are great for inspiration at the start of a trip (or for next time, if it’s too late).

Plan ahead and bring groceries from out of town. This is not a bad thing, of course, just a tip in case you want breakfast.

Appartamento super spazioso, e molto pulito. I bagno erano esemplari, la cucina era ben fornita e l'appartamento era ben tenuto e curato. I gestori sono stati super gentili e molto disponibili sia nella fase di prenotazione che nella fase di pernottamento. La posizione nell'isola non era ottimale (è a 5 km da un sito vulcanico attivo), ma i proprietari sono stati trasparenti su questo punti fin dall'inizio, e le procedure per un eventuale evacuamento erano molto chiare (per fortuna noi non abbiamo dovuto farlo :), anche se da studenti di geologia sarebbe stata un'esperienza molto interessante).

Ci sono delle finestre che danno sull'esterno, ma erano coperte da delle tende. A noi non ha dato molto fastidio ma magari le cambierei con qualcosa di più coprente, visto che da fuori si può vedere l'interno.

価格がリーズナブルで、ブルーラグーンまでとても近いところが良かったです。冷蔵庫、電気レンジ、オーブン、電気ケトル、ドライヤーなどの電化製品が揃っているのも良かったです。

冷蔵庫の中が部屋ごとに区分けされていることに気が付かず、他の部屋のゲストのところに食べ物を置いてしまっていました。次に見たときにはその物がなくなってしまいました。こちらのミスだから仕方はないですが、区分けされていることをはっきり示すとこのようなトラブルは減ると思います。

Vlot bereikbaar en een benzinestation vlakbij. De communicatie met de host verliep ook allemaal heel vlot. Heb je een boeking bij Blue Lagoon, dan is dit verblijf wel heel dichtbij.

Je zit hier duidelijk in een risicogebied qua vulkanische activiteit. Dat merk je ook in het dorp, het heeft soms wat weg van een spookstadje.
