The location was great. Had more space than we thought, which was great for the four of us travelling. There was even a whole other room with futon beds we didn't end up using. We were super close to the trainstation, pretty much as close as you can get for accom without being at the station.
Being super picky, the stairs were annoying. We couldn't store the bag at the location (even though they said we could at reception...there is no reception), but the shop downstairs would when we booked through the Bounce app. Take ear plugs as a little loud but nothing too crazy, as the places around close at midnight.

Fantastic location. Right near Shibuya Crossing.
Responsive host.Laundry.
Tight space for three big guys, but for a place to sleep and do laundry while you're in Tokyo, it is perfect. Lighter weight comforters for the beds would have been nice, as even with cooler running at max, the sleeping was a little warm.

Great proximity to Shibuya crossing and Shibuya rail station. No shortage of restaurants of convenience stores.
Very small property even for four people. We were unable to get the TV to operate. There was one situation on an evening when we came back from exploring the city to a pool of water on the floor. Fortunately we all had hard Case luggage. Lastly the air-conditioning struggled to keep the bedroom side of the apartment cool.

The location was fantastic - so close to the action but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. The room was mint - very clean and cozy.
Wasn’t crazy about the towels - not the best for drying. That’s being super duper picky though.
