We enjoyed our stay at this property in east Belfast. It was easy to find, and parking our hire car on the street was never a problem. Communication with the host was excellent with full details given about the property, including access. Access was via a door code and a lock box and this worked well. It was great having a kitchenette so we could make our own breakfast or dinner. There was also a washing machine. The apartment was a great size for two people and pleasantly furnished. Eateries and a Tesco supermarket were a 10-15 minute walk away. We gave the host some feedback during our stay about making a few small changes to make the next person's stay a bit more comfortable, such as hooks on the wall in the bathroom for bath towels. They appreciated our feedback and advised they would review our feedback with a view to making the changes. Thank you.
There was no power outlet on one side of the bed to charge a device overnight and there was no bedside lamp on that side of the bed.

Lovely apartment, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and great location. This was our first time to stay here and would not hesitate to recommend and would stay again.
The only slight issue in our apartment was that there was only a patio door from the main living room rather than a window. The weather was good so door could be open but may be a slight issue in the winter when you would perhaps want a little fresh air without a full door open. On a few occasions there were people smoking outside and we had to close the door because of the smoke blowing in. This was unfortunate but we appreciate they were on a public footpath and the apartment owners would have little control over this though maybe a sign may help to deter and other guests could be made aware to move further from the property if they wished to smoke.
