TRAVELER WARNING: VERY NOISEY RENTAL!

Location was convenient.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL. STREET NOISE IS THE MAJOR ISSUE. It seriously disrupted our sleep every night, even with dense earplugs. We had to alter our plans almost every day to plan for a nap to catch up on lost nighttime sleep. There was substantial street noise from people, cars, and motorcyles. We checked all the windows to be sure they were closed because it seemed like there was nothing reducing the noise. The unit is also almost directly across the street from the garbage and recycling uniits. Every night, in the middle of the night, and early morning like 2-5am, huge trucks would roll by and load up on garbage and make so much noise it woke us up and kept us up for long after. 1 AC unit did not work consistently; the Bedroom AC underworked and then overworked. We struggled to regulate the temperature with just a sheet to cover us. At times unit was useful, at times it was like camping out in a noisy poorly located hostel, the rent for which would have been around $50/night, not $220/night. We requested a refund of half the amount of the rent paid, due to the unsuitability of this rental with its noise and temperature control issue. The owner did not disclose these material items prior to our rental and 1 week stay committment. These disrupted and altered our stay substantially. The owner stopped responding in a timely way and eventually simply rejected our request for the 50% refund without explanation or further commentary. Additionally, the check in process was a huge mess, so that we could drop off our bags as agreed, prior to formal start of our rental. Directions were very confusing and stressful and we nearly cancelled the booking just over this. The dark and hot stairwell was dangerous and I almost fell. We were unable to make advance informed decision about this unit: the owner did not disclose these material conditions to us or address them as possible.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the amenities provided. The host was lovely.

The apartment was lovely with great amenities and the host was very helpful.

Excellent place to stay, walking distance to city center

The place was exceptional, everyone was perfect, clean and perfectly located. Ada was very kind at all times.

Only issue was the loud noise every morning between 5-6 AM caused by the municipality picking up trash bins out in the street. We also had a construction taking place in the building which prevented us to have a window view of the neighborhood.
