One of the least satisfactory experiences in London
The development itself is well-appointed and enjoys an excellent location. It is a short walk to the tube and bus stations and had shops and restaurants close by. The development is new and had all the frills of a new building. It has the foundations of being a good holiday apartment.However, our experience of the apartment highlighted several areas that require attention to meet the standards expected of a good property.
The apartment appeared clean on arrival, but closer inspection revealed several shortcomings that detracted from the stay. Storage was a major issue: most usable cupboards and even the area around the washing machine were filled with miscellaneous items, giving the impression that the unit was used more for storage than guest accommodation. Everyday use of facilities was inconvenient, and we had to clear items simply to operate the washing machine and access the air‑conditioning control panel.
Guest amenities were inadequate. For a five‑day stay, three bathrooms were supplied with only one and a half rolls of toilet paper, with no resupply despite feedback to the managing agent. This was well below reasonable expectations for decent accommodation.
The apartment’s condition also fell short. Windows were not properly cleaned, wardrobes in Bedroom 2 were jammed, and curtains in Bedroom 1 and the living room were undersized and had fallen down. Even after rehanging them ourselves, they did not adequately cover the windows, resulting in privacy concerns and daylight intrusion. The property managers offered to repair the cupboards, but we were often out, making this impractical. Bedroom 2’s windows could not be opened due to mechanical failure.
The most serious issue was the air conditioning. Units in the bedrooms did not function, while the living/dining unit switched on and off intermittently and only worked properly on the final day. During summer, this made the bedrooms hot and uncomfortable, unsuitable for restful sleep. Standing fans were provided but were insufficient.
Despite reporting these issues promptly, the response was limited to a few messages. We were told there was a building‑wide air‑conditioning problem, yet performance deteriorated even after a notice claimed it had been resolved. Reviews indicated the system had been down since June, but we were not informed before booking. Had we known, we would have chosen alternative accommodation.

Excellent location, comfortable property, communicative management team. The balconies were a big plus.

Pessima.experiencia! Só estou eaperando meu ressarcimento, porque.tivemos que mudar para um Hotel e pagamos lá tudo denovo.
