Wonderful spacious apartment with everything you would need.

Lovely location really enjoyed having a large balcony which gave you privacy to sunbath with the pool only a short distance away. Lovely and spacious, nice big bed.

Een hels winterverblijf in een zomerappartement

De goede bereikbaarheid en directe reactie en actie van de beheerorganisatie op meldingen. De vriendelijkheid van de beheerorganisatie. Het prachtige uitzicht.

Dit appartement is niet geschikt voor verhuur in de wintermaanden. Bijna iedere dag kwam een monteur of iemand van de beheerorganisatie langs voor herstel of bijvoorbeeld extra handdoeken om te dweilen langs te brengen. Dat is een goede service, maar wil je niet tijdens de vakantie. Het was intens koud in het appartement, doordat de airco die zou moeten verwarmen kapot was. Ondanks dat we twee verwarmingselementen kregen, bleef het ijskoud. De plavuizen vloer is fantastisch in de zomer en letterlijk steenkoud in de winter. Er waren forse lekkages in de hal en de woonkamer van het appartement door de regen. We moesten drie keer per dag dweilen. Door de kapotte afvoer in de douche ontstond er een overstroming, waardoor een groot deel van de slaapkamer, de hal en de woonkamer onder water kwamen te staan. Dit werd gelukkig gerepareerd. Het appartement heeft tientallen gebreken en achterstallig onderhoud, zoals schimmel in de krappe keuken, tape om de kraan, een bijelkaar geraapt rommeltje van keukeninrichting en de schuifkast in de slaapkamer die amper open/dicht kan. Dit is op de foto’s niet terug te zien. De barbecue stond in de woonkamer en was nog vol met as. Als er geen andere opbergplek is, maak de barbecue dan in ieder geval schoon. Het verlaagde plafond in deel van de woonkamer en de krappe keuken biedt langere mensen onvoldoende staruimte. Het herhaalde verzoek voor een alternatieve locatie is niet gehonoreerd. De prijs is veel te hoog voor de slechte kwaliteit van het appartement.
