Property was in the perfect location.
This is a second floor flat. There is no lift or escalator available so there was quite alot of stairs. Difficult for elder party members to climb.

It was located a little tucked away but close to a pub, super convenient. Would definitely recommend.
The plumbing was a little rough.

Pulizia, molti elettrodomestici come lavastoviglie, lavatrice/asciugatrice (compreso detersivo per entrambe) , macchina caffè per Nespresso (con capsule!), bollitore, microonde, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro, comodità dell'appartamento, posizione vicina a tutto e in zona sicura
Rumore della strada, scarso isolamento acustico.
Sciacquone del WC insufficiente
Porta dell'ingresso senza serratura richiudibile dall'interno.
Luce che arriva nella cameretta da vetrocemento
No dotazioni per cucinare (tipo sale, rotolo carta, ecc.)
