I tried days to come up with a text that would be worthy of putting our experience into words, but I just couldn‘t find the right one, so I will try my best:
Neferu stay has been THE BEST Hotel Experience we ever had. Starting with the manager Ahmed. I hope the owners know what a GEM they have as a manager, cause Ahmed makes every wish come true, it doesn’t matter what you want.
From valley of the kings to birthday cake, Ahmed makes it happen (almost like a magician) and his dedication, passion and talent is unmatched.
And then there is Islam and Ahmed (the cook). Islams smile and joy of life is infectious. I have never been attended to with so much happiness, warmth and care. And then there is the food: the cook Ahmed asks every time what you want to eat, he prepares everything freshly and if you are not careful the WHOLE table is full of the most delicious food in seconds and you are gonna ROLL out of there :D ( I especially recommend the mango Smoothie and falafel). And last but not least even the house keeping (with wonderful surprises and towel art at olympic level) was wonderful and even decorated the whole room for my birthday. I had the best birthday ever. Also the tours we booked via ahmed were the best and the driver mohammed got us to our new hotel fast and safe. In conclusion: From Hotel staff to tours and drivers..everything was perfect. Thanks for this amazing experience, we 100 percent recommend!
Nothing!! Rooms and hotel are exactly like in the pictures. The view is even more stunning and breathtaking in real life.
