Nicest hotel in Lewiston. Very friendly and accommodating check in staff. Room was clean and appealing.
It took 45 min to get my omelet breakfast from the Starbucks Bistro. I'm very familiar with the LC Valley and I know when Washington State has a home football game, it gets very busy. That said, don't schedule a young, inexperienced staff to run the bistro.
Multiple people had issues with forgotten items and food orders taking too long. I stayed here two weeks prior and had no issues with the bistro, but there was no WSU home game and an adult was running the breakfast bistro. Not a knock on the young staff as they were trying, but admin has to be better at scheduling.
