The location is excellent being right in the centre of the Old Town and near to many restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean.
The toilet seat need to be fixed better in position. Perhaps more mugs could be purchased ?

The location was excellent. Set back from the Main Street. Was very quiet with easy access to the main part of the old town.
Nothing.

Comfortable and clean, fantastic location in the prettiest little street in the Old town our host Rafaela was so accomodating and went above and beyond when we needed her I highly recommend this charming quiet corner of the Old town.

The location was great and communication was good. - we were met when we arrived in the dark. Apartment is spacious and had most of what you need. Booked another night for which they wanted slightly more than we paid through Booking.com in cash. All good until...
The apartment had two major leaks. You can't blame them for the weather (it was a major event which flooded roads) but the apartment had leaked before. We contacted the hosts who asked us to shift furniture and put buckets under the leaks. We spent several hours mopping up and used all the towels. Lots of sympathy expressed and a promise of fresh towels the next day. Then: nothing - no towels, no one came to check the next day. When we complained when they came to coĺlect the money on the last day the response was to knock 10 euro of the last night and organize a free golf cart ride down to the ferry terminal. And they did store our bags until 3pm. Overall pretty underwhelmed.
