The location was perfect, and being on the first floor, we didn't have to carry our luggage up a lot of stairs. The place was clean and easy to access by code.
The window AC was taped into place but not well insulated. Being on the first floor, we felt like we were sleeping outside because we could hear every tiny noise coming from outside, and the outdoor air created allergy issues for us. It was rainy that weekend, and not hot enough to use the AC, but maybe using it anyway would have helped. The bathroom sink faucet was really leaky. There was no coffee to go with the coffee maker. I would have liked a dresser or more shelving. Not a lot of space in the bathroom for things. Sink was tiny.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Boston, soprattutto per chi partecipa alla maratona, 15 min dall'arrivo. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort.
Avrei preferito un lavandino più grande in bagno

The property is in a fantastic location, close to Back Bay and a short ride to main Boston on the T. The area was pleasant and quiet.

Room space and design
In one of the windows, the lower section of the glass had been removed to accommodate the AC unit and replaced with a plastic covering that provided little insulation. As a result, there was significant air infiltration from outside.
