Charming, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Two bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Living area a pleasant, private space to bring back close family after the funeral and wake - much more congenial than a cramped hotel bedroom or public lobby. We also appreciated the decking area at the rear where we could smoke (brought our own ashtray!) and listen to birdsong. Excellent location and facilities all around.
Some fittings were not robust - coat rack, bathroom tap and one of the dining chairs. Drivers need to be aware that the alley leading to parking at the rear is VERY narrow. Also advisable not to park too close to the gateway as this inhibits access for neighbours below. Maybe paint a guideline on the fence giving one metre clearance? Clearer indication of the entrance to the property from the High Street would be welcome.

We were visiting relatives and this location was ideal. We visited Cantebury and travelling by car was easy with good access to major roads. The apartment is spacious and well laid out.
Cooking pots and pans need updating. A larger dining table with four chairs would have been ideal. There were only two dining chairs and one of them almost collapsed when sitting on it. There is a parking space but manouvering into it could be difficult when others were parked nearby.

L’emplacement sur rue principale proche restaurants et supermarché

Nous n’avions qu’une serviette pour 4 et n’avons eu aucune réponse de la part de l’hôte sur ce point
Les douches ont très peu de débit
C’est bruyant car au dessus d’un restaurant
L’entrée se fait par l’arrière par un chemin boueux donc pas très pratique
