The bed and pillow were so very comfortable!
My room on the 8th floor overlooked the city, which I LOVED!
The room was clean enough...a few hairs around the place which weren't mine...
Effective air-conditioning.
Great smelling soap and shampoo.
I'm pretty sure the front desk would see me coming to the lift and brought it up to the 7th floor for me so I didn't have to wait. That was nice!
Close to markets and such.
Happy for what I paid.
The rain did leak through the windows onto the floor.
The door on the balcony could not lock
The safe was locked already so I couldn't use it.

The hotel was near my event venue so access was easy at no extra costs. The staff are friendly and supportive

I liked the location.
The beds were not too comfy. And the balcony wouldn't fully close so we had to leave the Air conditioner on at max so that the room stays cold.
The booking also accepted my Amex card when I did the booking, but it didn't accept the payment and then I couldnt use the card over there. So I had to transfer money.
