Mr. Clean Lives Here!! Immaculate interior in all respects. Roome included a comfortable double bed with great sheets and comforter, a dresser with mirror, a large closet with lovered doors and plenty of hangers, one nightstand with a lamp, and a desk. In-wall fan-driven heater with an individual wall thermostat to the right of the door. A bath towel, washcloth, and hand towel were included. If you're looking for an inexpensive room for sleeping, this is it!

Electronic door lock for accessing the house dId not work the first 15 minutes or so I tried it. You must dial the 4-digit code supplied by the landlord and then press the (un-lit) check mark on the bottom left of the box. The door then will open but close after 30 seconds. Make sure you leave the door OPEN until all of your things are inside, and then manually lock the door from the inside. I was put in a downstairs room which was fine, but was told there was there was ONE (1) shared bath for 5 rooms. I never saw anyone at night or early morning when I used the bath. There is no HEAT in the bath, so it is COLD. There are no outlets near the nightstand for charging. Fortuately I carry an extension cord which worked fine to get the power to the nightstand; there were plenty of electical outlets, it none near the nightstand. This is an older Craftsman-style home that has been taken down to the studs and built out again. Many steps to get to the front or back door and 2 sets of steps with a landing to get to the basement rooms. You MUST be able to do stairs!!

The house was well arranged and our bedroom was spacious. The permanent tenants were very kind and helpful. With my special dietary needs it was great that we could cook our meals and enjoy sightseeing without worrying. The washer and dryer work well and the bathroom was clean.

Being that, it is a shared home, I feel a little more attention needs to be given to the cleaning in general. My house shoes were black on the bottom from the dirty floor. The mattress on the bed seems to have seen it's better days and was definitely to soft for me.

Good value price

Only thing I could think of would be to add a tv in the room
