Terrible! The host did not respond, cleanliness was terrible we felt like we were camping.

Size of house and view was great. Jacuzzi was clean and worked.

Very disappointing experience. There was no automatic check-in message with directions or entry instructions. We had to text and call repeatedly after our scheduled check-in time before someone finally answered. On arrival, all interior entry lights were burnt out, so we searched for switches in the dark. The home smelled like old trash and sewage, with a strong sewage odor returning daily around 4 a.m. The power went out the first morning. When restored, the refrigerator beeped continuously for hours. We asked the owner how to stop it and received only an “ok” response with no guidance. Cleanliness was lacking: crumbs and a dead bug in the fridge, old food stuck on dishes, a long black hair in one bathroom, and mold along the bottom of the master shower curtain. The iron was stained and ruined a white blouse. No ironing board or laundry soap were provided. The kitchen was poorly stocked — minimal silverware (camping-style), one drawer of random utensils, and no steak knives. The outdoor BBQ shade was ripped and unusable. WiFi stopped working and would not reconnect. Most concerning, the front door lock jammed (the only exit from the third-floor unit), effectively locking us inside for three hours. The owner said they would contact maintenance but never followed up. Listing photos are misleading: the “fourth bedroom” is on the balcony, and the fourth bathroom is inside a laundry closet, requiring guests to walk through another bedroom. Overall, the property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, communication, or accurate representation.

Beautiful modern and spacious condo. Perfect for large groups and close to La Paz

The condo is close to La Paz malecón. It’s big, comfortable and with very nice views.

There’s a dirt road in front of the beach and on Saturday night there were people playing music outside by the beach and razor cars up and down the street until 2-3 am. The beach is not good for swimming.
