Great location near the train station and centre of town close to the event I was attending. Very clean and although breakfast is not supplied there were facilities provided to make your own which were very good. Otherwise a super place to stay Tara was an excellent host.
The house gets very cold very quickly once the heating has gone off and the heating only came on for an hour in the morning and 2 hours or so in the evening and there was no way of warming just my room when the house heating went off. There were 4 of us in the property for the same event and none of us asked to have the heating on for longer so may be that's our fault.
I could not find all the channels for live TV, there were lots of replay options like iPlayer and Prime etc.

Zara was a terrific host, with excellent knowledge of surrounding area

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we could not have been happier. Tara is an absolutely stellar host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She was warm, helpful, and kind, and her home was incredibly comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and Tara provided us with everything we needed (and then some!). We had planned to drive into Inverness on one of the nights, and Tara helped us with figuring out how to get there by public transportation, so that we didn't have to waste time with driving and finding parking in the city on a weekend. Her shop/cafe, Corner on the Square had the BEST breakfast and pastries, as well as a delightful array of other items. Cannot recommend this wonderful house enough!
