We enjoyed our ocean front plunge pool suite. It was large and a great room set up. Bed was comfy and there was always warm water. The staff was always friendly and we LOVED Rene (dinner waiter). Talk about the nicest man who always smiled and cared for you and your experience at dinner. I wish we could’ve had him at every dinner!
The wind is really bad in this area of “Cancun”. We’ve experienced it at other resorts nearby, so it’s hard to sit at the beach and enjoy. It also makes the plunge pool cold and wavy, which is fine but not found at other resorts more south. The food could’ve been better, but it was still elaborate and tasty. It was a shame they didn’t have Tito’s vodka or better whiskey options at the pool bars. Tito’s was only at the lobby bars, and unfortunately, most dinner restaurants didn’t have it either. Still had a great selection of tequila though! So margaritas will be your friend here.

El cuarto grande y espacioso, me encato el bar del loby siempre impecable, las piscinas tranquilas y sin tanto ruido
El primer día por alguna razón no nos limpiaron la habitación y tuvimos que pedir que lo hagan llamando al loby, y el restock del minibar también no nos lo hicieron dos días

New property, very large spacious rooms, for a 5 star hotel the cleanliness is lacking slightly as the bedding when changed was dirty so we had to request new sheets, every room has a butler available via messaging and they are helpful if available and on shift
Food was generally good, lots of choice and easy to get reservations - the sushi bar was our favourite
Breakfast was really good- buffet was better than the à la carte
Value for money is great, when comparing to other 5 star hotels it may lack slightly but this hotel is also considerably cheaper
Great beach, activities throughout the day which are fun and engaging , the adults only section is separated from the family areas too

los acabados, y la decoración. también la musica que se escuchaba, y la comida toda me gusto mucho
Nos quedamos sin luz 3 veces, y de los 4 días solo uno me rellenaron el servibar.
no había personal para que nos atendiera en la playa, solo 1 para tooodaaaa la playa y se tardaba mucho. un dia uno muy amable y el siguiente día un mesero nos dijo que ya no nos podia atender porque se tenia que ir a comer pero ya no mandaron a nadie mas.
igual el rest hindu muy poco personal. y el del sports bar era una sola persona para tanta gente, era imposible atender a todos
una vez nos corrieron del bar de abajo del lobby para darle las sillas a otros que parecía que le iban a dar propina y fue muy grosero el bar man.
