About this apartment rental
Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation, located in a large wooded plot with a large swimming pool, just 5 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the city center.
This large 35m2 studio, recently renovated, has a comfortable private terrace.
The swimming pool is not heated, you can usually swim in it from the beginning of May to the end of October, but it remains open all year round for the more adventurous!
The accommodation:
The studio is located on the grounds of my house, it has an adjoining private terrace.
The pool and garden are shared with my family members.
There will be no other tenants.
Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the studio
Arrival is from 4 pm, earlier only if the accommodation was unoccupied the day before.
Possibility of late arrival in complete autonomy.
Departure must be made at the latest at 10am
Guests are asked to take care of the accommodation as if it were their own
24-hour access to the swimming pool
You have a private terrace adjoining the studio, but you can also enjoy the whole plot
Other remarks
We have two very nice and sociable dogs, they are two Beaucerons, a 6-year-old female and a 7-month-old male, they stay in the house in our absence and they only go out when we are there.
All 4-legged friends are welcome at our place.
