About this house rental
🏡 House with a large garden, ideally located for exploring the surrounding area and going on lovely walks.
📌 San Pellegrino Terme is a 10-minute drive away, Selvino and Bergamo are 20 minutes away, and Milan is an hour away. Located in a charming village above a stream and offering an enchanting view of the valley and mountains, the apartment—featuring a master bedroom, a room with a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for two in the living room—is on the first floor of a two-story building.

THE SPACE
The apartment, which retains its retro 1970s atmosphere without sacrificing any modern comforts, is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious entryway, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a dresser and closet, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a TV, a room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.
It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for several days. After each stay, all rooms undergo a thorough ozone sanitization to eliminate microbes, mold, and bacteria.
🎽For those who need it, there is a washing machine in the building that can be used free of charge upon request, but only for stays longer than 5 nights.
Pets 🐕 (with restrictions on dangerous dog breeds) are welcome, but for their own safety, we do not accept cats, as there are several dogs in the area.
ACCESS
⚠️From the parking lot to the house, you’ll need to walk a few meters and go down a few steps: these steps are very low, but they may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
✔️At check-in, all guests will be asked to present identification documents for registration with the police, in accordance with Italian law.
📱All high-touch surfaces in the home (light switches, doorknobs, hair dryers, remote controls) are disinfected after every stay ;
👶 For our youngest guests, a portable crib and a high chair with a tray are available free of charge upon request.
📍Linen changes are provided only for stays of 7 nights or more.
