About this house rental
We are opening our home to welcome people seeking a pleasant place near Picos Beach. Here you can enjoy a spacious veranda overlooking the sea, a wonderful swim in the pool, which has warm waters at sunset, and the breeze in the shade of a jucá tree, in a welcoming atmosphere. We have decorated our house in a very affectionate way, with local handicrafts and elements of nature, mainly from the sea. We really hope you enjoy it! 🙂💕
The space
It's a house with spacious areas, good ventilation and natural lighting.
We are offering three bedrooms, two on the upper floor with access to the balcony, and one on the first floor, without the need to use stairs.
The house has two full bathrooms on the first floor, one connected to the living room and the other with access from the outside area, closer to the pool.
We also have an outdoor shower, to wash off before entering the pool or to remove sand after arriving from the beach.
Our beautiful living room has guitars and an ukulele for guests and plenty of seating and Our kitchen is well-equipped, with a 530L refrigerator, a 5-burner stove with a large gas oven, an electric AirFryer, a blender, and an electric grill (sandwich maker). Our property is approximately 1400m² with trees and plants of various types. Our pool is 1.30m deep, 4.60m long, and 2.30m wide. It has two hydromassage jets. There are many places to hang hammocks, both indoors and outdoors. We hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access: The entire house is available to visitors, except for the office on the first floor and one of the upstairs bedrooms. That's where we leave our things for when we return home. Enjoy the guitars and ukulele hanging on the living room wall.
