About this villa rental
One of the few houses on the island with a sea view, located 100 meters from the beach and the town center. - The view is magnificent, the environment very peaceful. - Stone house listed as a "remarkable building". - 45 m² courtyard with plants and sheltered bicycles, deck chairs/bikes, garden table and chairs. - Sea views from 2 bedrooms with no overlooking neighbors, from the bathroom and the dining room. - Functional interior, completely renovated, house suitable for families (including a library and games). - A large 50 m² living room (living room/dining room/kitchen) on the first floor. 5 windows including a bay window and a glass door opening onto the courtyard. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. - Family-friendly house (games, books, close to the beach). - The courtyard is equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture, allowing you to have lunch outside, in the shade or in the sun, but always in peace and quiet. - Ideally located within the citadel, the town center and market are a 5-minute walk away, as is the beach. You will be personally welcomed to receive the keys and answer any questions you may have. An on-site contact will ensure your comfort and answer any questions. Bed linen and towels are included. Excellent October holiday at Château d'Oléron. The location of the property is excellent, great sea views and close to centre of the town, all services, bakery, restaurants etc. just a few steps away. The season being what it was, we didn't get to make the most of the outdoor space, but it did serve to store our rented bikes. The town is great, for what we saw of the rest, this was the best choice for off-season holiday. For summer holidays, the beach at the Chateau is not the best, although serviceable. Other than that nothing negative. And the house is just beatiful, inside and out.
