The hotel is like a small bijou at the middle of Wuyuan. The coffee shop on the ground floor is very nice and make you want to chill with a book all day. Very nice coffee too! For the price, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
The room was a little bit dusty and even if it was very large, it was somehow not as comfortable as I wish it would have been.

Lovely decor, cute cats, excellent coffee, great environment
It was slightly noisy like a lion dance performance music and drums but noise ended before 10 pm. We found out it was performance from a nearby attraction.

Under the Maple is the perfect base for exploring the region’s historic villages. The owner and staff are welcoming and genuinely helpful, and the place itself has a cozy, beautifully curated vibe. Bonus points for the great coffee at the bar area!
