There is nothing to like about this property because they are just misleading. There is no actual info while booking.
I don’t even know where to start with this experience. The address shown on the website was listed as Waterloo, so I booked the place because it was close to my friend’s house. After completing the booking, I went to the location shown on Google Maps, which appeared to be in Waterloo city centre. However, when I arrived, the map directed me to a random address, and the person there told me to leave the property and threatened to call the police.
I tried contacting the provided phone number for hours, but there was no response. Every time I called, the call was either disconnected or ignored. After a very frustrating experience, I contacted Booking.com to cancel the reservation. Their support team was helpful, but the property manager claimed that I had received all the information needed to access the house.
The issue is that I booked the property based on the location advertised as Waterloo. Only after booking did they send me the actual house location, which was across Waterloo and eventually in Kitchener. This was completely different from what was shown during the booking process.
Because of this misleading location information and the lack of support from the property manager, I was unable to stay at the accommodation and had to drive back home for three hours late at night. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience.

The location of the description and post code in Booking.com is totally misleading. It’s not at Waterloo at all, it’s at Kitchener somewhere till you made payment then you will receive the actual address after you asked. When reached there I asked why the address is wrong, the person said because Booking.com put wrong info on website! Also the place is not safe and the landlord is rude. So after we went into the house and the room, we left. I asked for refund because it’s fraud info on website. The landlord no response at all. This is my first bad experience on the place I booked through Booking.com. Now learn never book any place if rate is low. It must have some reason!
