August vacation

Home is brand new, everything recently renovated. Looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed this home very much. Cozy, great view, loved waking up to the sound of the river below. Stayed during the hottest week of August and didn't feel a need for AC. great hot showers, washing machine and dryer, well equipped kitchen. Great place to disconnect, close to Cogne and Lillaz falls.

Distant location from the center of the valley, so take travel time into account. No nearby groceries available. Hard to find parking in the small town and to drive through the village with a big car. Internet not installed yet, hopefully coming soon. As it's new, a few kind suggestions wishing the host success with this new rental: Add hand soap dispenser in the downstairs bathroom near the sink. Add a window shade to the skylight window upstairs so the kids can sleep later. Add window screens. Provide some dish soap in the kitchen. Some basic information about the area from the host would be appreciated. Clarify payment methods in advance.
