DO NOT STAY HERE — BUGS IN THE BEDROOM AND A HOST WHO DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD.

DO NOT STAY HERE — BUGS IN THE BEDROOM AND A HOST WHO DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD. On our second night, we found dozens of bugs crawling next to the bed. I killed around 25 of them, but there were still more. The next morning, we informed the host and asked for another room or a refund. He told us there was no other room available and agreed to the refund. However, when I contacted Booking.com, the host suddenly refused to honour his promise. After several calls, I only managed to recover part of the money. A decent host would have refunded both the night we had to endure with bugs and the unused night, given the unacceptable conditions. The host did not keep his word, and I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

One of the most fascinating locations I have ever visited

Heaven on earth 🌍

All was amazing

Magical !

The property is private located on the mountain. It’s super private and has amazing views. There are chickens and cats running around and it is just magical old building. The host Pier was wonderful!! Made me feel like home, like I am visiting my grandparents old house! My apartment had a fire place for the cold night which was absolutely wonderful after a whole day of hiking - to sit in front of the fire place and read a book.

Small remark - shower gel would be helpful :)

Beautifully located and spacious flat

The quinta is located on a hill with astonishing views. The hotel is very charming and well renovated. The flat was very, very spacious and very well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fireplace is also great! The breakfasts are simple but tasty (eggs of your choice, jams, cheese, bread, tea/coffee, juice) and the lady who serves them is very kind and friendly.

The bed in the master bedroom is big but the mattress is way too hard, I think it lacks an additional layer to make your sleep more comfortable. The flat was cold and a bit damp and the only heating source is in the kitchen/dining room but it doesn't heat up the rest of the flat. Lastly, there's a kind of a "living room", but it's not a place you could actually relax - the sofa is small and unconfy.
