Tourists deserve better

Good location The kitchen

The address isn't correct on Google maps. I called the manager, she didn't know the correct letter of the building. She said G and it was A. I was lost. I've been helped by the neighbors to find out about the building. When I called her she said that she can't help me if I don't have WhatsApp. But I didn't have Internet. Not everyone buys a SIM card asap as they arrive in the country...later in the evening, I was reheating my pisa in the oven and the power went off. I called her and she said she can't help me. I've been helped by a neighbor again.

Non sono riuscito a trovare la struttura e la proprietaria oltre che non aiutarmi mi ha dato dell analfabeta e andicappato. Oltretutto l ho chiamata e lei mi buttava giù

Pessimo alloggio!!!

Il monolocale si trova al piano terra di una palazzina e affaccia sulla strada e sui binari di derivazione della stazione ferroviaria di Siena. Il posto auto proposto non è privato, ma si parcheggia lungo la strada, a patto che si riesca a trovare posto. A gennaio il riscaldamento era spento e in bagno non c'era acqua calda; l'unica fonte di calore era un piccolo ventilatore che aveva le griglie di aerazione talmente sporche da renderlo inutilizzabile. Pochi giorni prima a Siena c'era stata la neve, perciò non si comprende come si possa pensare di far soggiornare qualcuno in un alloggio così freddo. L'ambiente era estremamente sporco; ho dovuto pulire tavolo, sedie e ripiani della cucina che erano incrostati di sporcizia. Sul divano letto era adagiata una trapunta molto sporca e un'altra ancora più sporca era riposta in un armadietto. I braccioli del divano erano completamente sommersi dalla polvere, così come ogni angolo della casa. Le tende, originariamente bianche, erano di un grigio scuro a causa della sporcizia. L'aria era irrespirabile: l'intero ambiente era impregnato di una soffocante puzza di fumo di sigaretta. Anche per un fumatore sarebbe risultato impossibile soggiornarvi. Ho segnalato le condizioni trovate in casa e chiesto ai gestori (scortesi e maleducati fin dal primo contatto) di trovarmi un'altra sistemazione; mi è stato risposto (testualmente) che "la casa corrisponde alle foto". Senza alcun supporto neanche da Booking, i cui operatori mi hanno solo fatto perdere tempo, dopo qualche ora dal mio arrivo ho dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione e affrontare spese extra, poiché in questo tugurio è impossibile soggiornare!!!
