EVERYTHING! It was the most disgusting place I have ever reserved, the smell gave me a headache from being there for 20 minutes, the property was NOT cleaned, boarded up missing window from MONTHS prior that had not be replaced and has been leaking, felt like bugs were jumping on us. Bar bracelets left in shower from previous renters. Couches were FILTHY and GROSS and had trash and food under the cushions. The towels were all mismatched, paper thin and looked like they were over 40 years old and with stains and bleach stains all over them. Kitchen stove and oven had food from prior renters. BBQ grill was coated with an extreme amount of food and grease and the burners were busted and broken, it was 100% unusable. Floors were dirty and tiles in bathroom floors had gunk on them. We have never been more disgusted and disappointed in a rental place. This was supposed to be for ourselves and extended family for my daughters wedding. Mgt was very responsive up to when we walked in, once we did a walk through they no longer would answer their phone and didn't respond for 4-5 hours after we started messaging with all the complaints, we did not bring any belongings into the rentsl, after no response and the disgust we had to book another place and we walked out never to have returned. Called left message and still 1.5 weeks later NO CALL BACK from King Rentals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
