Convenient location surrounded by a lot of choices for food and coffee. Quiet suburban area and close to the train station. Good cooking facilities for two people. Comfy bed. Easy check in and check out. Very communicative host - we ran out of toilet paper and they responded immediately and delivered more. Washing machine works well, too. If you're a coffee lover there are several great places within a 10 minute walk!
We stayed here during a typhoon with heavy rain, without the air-conditioning running it was really damp. The bathroom is quite cramped so if you're tall or broad you might not fit. It was a real squeeze for my 190cm tall husband to sit on the toilet and fit in the shower.
