Misleading, uncomfortable and charges for early check in

Nothing. This is why people hate landlords and rental property owners, this was the worst place I have ever stayed at.

This rental spent more time on the murals than it did on anything else. The listing says basic amenities, but there was no coffee, coffee filters or coffee cups. No bottled water, no snacks. The microwave didn't work. The bath towels were the cheapest towels you can image and were horrible and scratchy. The beds sank in the middle, and messed up our backs before we had a competition. And the sheets were paper thin, scratchy and uncomftable. The second day of our stay there were ants all over the kitchen, coming in from separated caulking. While blow drying our hair the lights in the condo were flickering. The lighting situation was confusing at best, almost all the lights were lamps. The second day there was heavy rain and the parking lot flooded making it difficult for us to leave and get dinner. The hosts had passive aggressive notes all over the space telling you how to rate them, which is just unprofessional. We didnt feel like we could contact them about anything because they charge for early check in ($25 to check in an hour early) even though it does not say ANYWHERE before booking that you have to pay for early check in, plus, its the off season. Overall, one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. So bad, we left a night early. It was dirty, misleading, uncomfortable and used the cheapest linens they could find. If I could give them zero stars I would.

it was a great location with an easy check in/out process, and parking!

this was the PERFECT location for this trip. very close to everything and a lot of good food places around! parking was easy, and safe.

Brother then that it a nice place to stay for the time we stayed and it was close to everything and to the casino

Like that both rooms had bathrooms and showers in them and it was clean and accommodating

The only thing I didn’t like was trying to control the heat system for upstairs where the rooms are. The first night it was so hot in there it was uncomfortable to sleep then finally got the heating system to cooperate then the downstairs was a little chilly.
