Great location.spacious room
Location was excellent
The wi Fi did not work. Most of the electrical sockets did not work. The washing machine was full of water when we arrived but they did fix it the next day. Worst was the 8 level stairs we had to climb. Wish I had known that when booking. The staff member was great though and helped us with our bags.

Never in my life (and I travel quite a lot with my family) I have given an accommodation such low rating.
I booked it for my mother (70 years old) and a female friend of hers (60 years old).
Their stay was terrible:
1) the apartment is located on the 5th floor (mind the high ceilings, so it almost 6th floor), NO ELEVATER. in my opinion, this is an important information which should be written in description.
2) the air conditioners were not working. A very hot summer day, a small apartment on the 5th floor, no a/c.
3) the WiFi was not working either. Explanations that "all has been working just before" really neither help nor convince.
4) the host assistant, a young guy , who came, was not supportive and try to explain my mother that the life without WiFi is beautiful and she would then fully enjoy her stay in Florence.
5) I was on business trip these days and had to drop everything and try to solve this problem.
6) two telephones mentioned were not working, last one did work. Elena listened to my complaint but were not able to offer any solutions, just in 1-2 days, as it was already Friday evening. I explicitly asked her to give me number of the owner ("sorry, not possible") or asked him to call me back ASAP, which has not been done. Instead they decided to write nice messages in Booking.com.
7) I had to book urgently a room in a hotel (was a bit expensive on the short notice, not so many variants during the high season) for my mother, she spent all 5 nights there.
8) They made a system for paying the city tax, which was flawed because of bad programming. They charged us for 6 nights instead of 5. I told them about it gave up immediately - I simply did not have time for that. But just a detail to show a low level of service and professionalism.
9) I am filing a complaint with Booking.Com
