The place was very affordable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also really liked the good environment, which felt comfortable and pleasant throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great value and a nice place to stay.
The queen bed was actually just two single beds pushed together, which made the stay less comfortable. It was disappointing because the bed did not feel as cohesive or supportive as a real queen bed. This affected the overall comfort of the room during my stay.

Value for money as the cost wasn't that high. The room was spacious and clean for a studio with 2 single beds. Bathroom was big too with basic amenities including iron and hair dryer.
I didn't like the check-in. The person in charge didn't explain properly how to park and look for the tower and unit. Went one big round to look for Tower 6 but in fact it was actually quite easy to find from the car park. Took us some time to walk around to find the tower with our luggage. Our unit was inside a unit, split into 2 rooms so the outer door was opened, unit numbering was confusing and we were afraid if it is safe to go inside till we asked the PIC again. Parking not covered here compared to the other units I have stayed before in Ion Delemen which was free. Different management perhaps.

the house is spacious and clean.
Unfortunately, our stay this time was quite disappointing, especially compared to our previous experiences at Ion Delemen. Several facilities were not functioning properly. The TV had no channels, the microwave was not working, and some of the electrical sockets in the kitchen were also not functioning. There were also no plates or bowls provided at all. In addition, one of the water heaters was not working, which was particularly inconvenient.
This was also our first experience, after five previous stays at Ion Delemen, where we were required to pay for parking. This was an additional disappointment, especially considering the overall condition of the facilities during this stay.
Overall, these issues made our stay considerably less comfortable than our previous visits. We hope the management will take the necessary steps to inspect and rectify these facilities and review the parking arrangement to ensure a better experience for future guests.
