It comes as advertised. It's a whole place to yourself, very safe and out the way. 7 of us went in total, yes there are sofa beds but these were comfortable and suitable. Plenty of space for everyone.
You are a ten minute walk to the main bus stop station, and ten minutes from the old town. We had no trouble doing that.
There's Sam's Fusion close by if you like Asian food, would recommend. There's also Boom Burgers, which is quirky in its location but was nice for anything on the go. And there's a cocktail place just behind the villa. It's unique, might not be for everyone, but they don't do menus or recipes, they ask you questions and then make a cocktail they'll think you like. If you like the idea it's worth a visit, it's an experience.
No complaints at all really. Host was available and helpful although we didn't need anything. As stated there is one bed and then multiple sofa beds. But this is not a complaint as this was clear when we booked.
