Ein mal und nie wieder !!!!
Ruhige Lage, sehr große Fewo mit ausreichend Platz und 3 Schlafzimmern. Küchenzeile neu. Bequeme Matratzen. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter.
Fewo in einer ehemaligen Metzgerei, hat nichts mit Landhauscharme zu tun. Eher für Montagearbeiter oder Saisonarbeiter -aber dafür zu teuer. Haus und Zugang über den Hof sehr ungepflegt: Tisch und 4 Stühle vor der Eingangstür mit Kippen im Aschenbecher- man fühlt sich wie auf einem Fabrikgelände.Teilweise aber nicht fachgerecht renovierte Fewo : fehlende Fugen im Bad, schlampig oder nicht gestrichene uralte Türen, kaputte Lichtschalter, Küche mit teilweise uralten Einbauschränken in der linken Ecke sowie ungepflegte Waschmaschine/ Trockner ( nicht genutzt )Kühlschrank mit Schimmel und Gefrierteil mit nicht richtig schließender Tür eisverkrustet, Küchenstühle mit kaputtem dreckigem Kunstleder, Tischgestell ebenfalls dreckig, Kaffeemaschine mit verschmutzer Glaskanne und verschimmelter Filtertüte. Schlafzimmer rechts ohne Tür, Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen -war wohl Schaufenster der ehemaligen Metzgerei mit Paravent zugestellt. Im dahinterliegenden Schlafzimmer konnte das Fenster nicht verriegelt werden. In der Fewo alte Alufenster und Eingangstür, die sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen bzw. schließen ließ. Klumpige Kopfkissen haben wir nicht genutzt, hatten eigene Nackenkissen dabei. Nicht gründlich gereinigt, haben selbst nochmal Oberflächen in Bad und Küche abgewischt. Auf Anfrage ob früherer Checkin möglich ist wäre dies nur mit 40 Euro Aufpreis möglich. Fazit : keine Fewo zum Wohlfühlen oder Weiterempfehlen mit vielen Mängeln - und für dieses schlechte Niveau 560 Euro für 4 Personen/ 3 Nächte eine Unverschämtheit. Beim Zugang über den Hof und ersten Anblick der Fewo waren wir geschockt. Es sollte ein Kurzurlaub mit Freunden sein , wir haben gezwungenermaßen das Beste draus gemacht. Die Fotos entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität.
